Felipe "Wax" Delgado (born April 6, 1969) is an American DJ, songwriter and producer based in Phoenix, Arizona. He is primarily known for his discovery of CeCe Peniston, and collaborative works with his fellow producer Rodney K. Jackson. In 1990, he founded the Wax Museum Productions (originally Wax Museum Music), and co-founded the Jackson's Heat City Records in 1995.〔('Wax Museum Productions, Faqs' ) Retrieved 21 October 2010〕
